Past Events     Aikido Seminar with Ueshiba Aikido in Singapore, October 21-24th. A seminar will be held with Motohiro Fukakusa Shihan at the Ueshiba Aikido in Singapore which is under George Chang Sensei. All members are welcome to join. Aikikai Club Romania owns a building in which the first floor is a dojo, second floor is a restaurant, third floor a Japanesse culture center and on the top floor a Japanesse hotel. The club had invited Motohiro Fukakusa Shihan to take part in the ceremony. All members are welcome to join. By the request of Hanoi, Motohiro Fukakusa Shihan will conduct a seminar in Vietnam.           Aikido Seminar in Romania Motohiro Fukakusa Shihan was invited by Romanina Aikikai Club Foundation to conduct a seminar in , Romania The seminar grow to include more East European countries and was a great success. Gallery     Aikido Seminar in Hochiminh City, Vietnam Motohiro Fukakusa Shihan has been invited to Hochiminh City by RMIT to conduct a seminar. RMIT is a local univeristy with its own Aikido Club. The seminar included several dojos from the area.     Aikido Seminar in Vientiane Motohiro Fukakusa Shihan was invited to demonstrate and hold a seminar at the grand opening of a new Budo center in Vientiane, Laos. Following the demonstartions, that include all various Budo arts, a seminar was held for the Aikido ossiciation. For the picture gallery of the seminar, please click here           Chiang Mai Aikido Friendship Seminar January 12-14, 2008 Chiang Mai Aikido Dojo held their annual Aikido Friendship Seminar at the CMU campus. Fukakusa Shihan conducted most of the seminars. Hattori Sensei was also a guest instructor. He and his wife will be retiring to Chiang Mai in the near future. Many members of the Chulalongkorn University Aikido Club members traveled to Chiang Mai for the event. Several Renbukan members accompanied Fukakusa Shihan as well. At the welcome party, all savored a traditional khan toke meal followed by a jap chalat gift exchange. On this special occasion, Fukakusa Shihan announced the promotion to 3rd dan of Dr. Sombat Tapanya, Chief Instructor of Chiang Mai Aikido. Everyone very much enjoyed training together in the spirit of Aikido fellowship. Fukakusa Shihan was a guest instructor at the event.     35th Anniversary of Malaysia Aikido Aikido Malaysia with Jun Yamada Shihan celebrates it's 35th Anniversary in the 2007. To honor the occasion, a special seminar was held on 1-3 September 2007 in Kuala Lumpur. Fukakusa Shihan was a guest instructor at the event.     5th Anniversary of Singapore Aikido Federation The Singapore Aikido Federation celebrated its 5th anniversary and held a special seminar on 27-29 July 2007. Fukakusa Shihan was the guest of honor.     Tamura Shihan visited Renbukan dojo Nobuyoshi Tamura Shihan led a special class on 10 December 2006, 4:00pm to 6:00pm. After training, a farewell party was held by Fukakusa Shihan in his honor.     4th Asian Aikido Federation The AAF held its 4th gathering on the 5th and 6th of  Nov '05 in Thailand. Moriteru Ueshiba Doshu and many Shihan led seminars and gave demonstrations.
